Inquiries and appointments When you use the inquiry form, we process your name, contact details, postcode, town, details of the cleaning request, your message and any photos you upload voluntarily. We use this information to respond, prepare a quote and arrange an appointment. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before entering into a contract and performance of a contract). Hosting and storage The website is hosted by Vercel. Inquiries and uploaded photos are stored in Supabase. Customer photos are kept in private storage and can only be viewed by approved administrators through time-limited links. Technical providers may process data outside the EU where applicable safeguards are in place. Retention Inquiry data is retained only for as long as needed to respond, prepare a quote and arrange the service, or where statutory retention and evidentiary duties apply. Photos and operational data that are no longer needed are deleted. Invoice records are retained as required by law. Your rights Subject to the legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Contact us using the email address in the legal notice. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. The public website does not use marketing or tracking cookies.
